So, they have a single point of contact who works closely with them throughout the duration of the project. We follow an efficient process to ensure that we can source the best candidates for our clients.
Some of the reasons why our domestic clients consider us a preferred manpower consultant are: -
- After shortlisting CVs based on the client’s requirements, we conduct and initial screening round where we talk to the candidates to find out if they are suitable for the position. This conversation helps us assess their needs and availability. We shortlist the ones we think are a good-fit and forward their CVs to our clients.
- We coordinate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, following up for progress on either side and working with our clients till the position is closed.
- If required, we also do the first round of interview to make work easier for our clients.
- We provide all required support to our clients as well as to the candidate till they join the organization.
- For clients based in other locations, we also facilitate interviews at our premises.
We believe in long term relationships with our clients and endeavor to fulfill all manpower requirements within the stipulated time frame.
