Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling a team BE (Business Executives)
- Responsible for Business Achievement for their assigned Head Quarters.
- Meet the doctors (along with their BE – if required) to introduce the company brand.
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales.
- Giving Induction/Training to new BE in their Head Quarter.
- Maintain good relations with Stockists & Chemists.
- Can look for oral & vaccine products but stability & currently working is mandatory
- Having experience of at least 2years in Paediatric or vaccine or insulin
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- The ability to build trust and make young people feel relaxed
- Product exposure required: Tablet and or injectable and or critical care.
- Industry only Pharma
- Good communication skills, including listening
- The ability to challenge clients in a positive way
- Patience, tolerance, and sensitivity
- Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude
