Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Listed below will be the job responsibilities of a Retail Sales Manager.

  1. The candidate is responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
  2. Responsible for conducting BTL Activities and generating leads through the same.
  3. The candidate is responsible to facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
  4. Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
  5. Regularly updating CRM
  6. Develop the network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales
  7. Being abreast with the developments in the commercial and residential real estate sector understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
  8. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately
  9. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  10. Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers
  11. Advise on appropriate purchase options
  12. Promote specific products as directed by upper management
  13. Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
  14. Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  15. Source and work on customer referrals
  16. Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
  17. Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  18. Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
