Responsibilities and Duties

Listed below are some job responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Manager.

  1. To Develop business in the specified region for focused segments
  2. To Generate Business potential with a high conversion rate
  3. Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills/negotiation skills, along with the ability to mentor a team to those same disciplines.
  4. The hands-on person who has the ability to develop progressive marketing strategies with the ambition to take the business to the next level
  5. Facilitate the development and implementation of business/marketing plans
  6. Generate enquires prioritizing them to ensure optimum use of available resources and to achieve the best focus on prospects
  7. To follow up for order booking, Payment and will be coordinating with clients & HO for good customer relations.
  8. Administer, monitor & review all marketing initiative and activities
  9. Exceptional communication together with maturity and gravitas needed to persuade and influence at management level
  10. Identify potential opportunities for promotional and publicity events
  11. Developing a personal network within and outside the group companies through meetings with customers & consultants in various forums & conferences.
  12. Work in close cooperation with all key functions and help to maximize the capabilities of the business
  13. Maintain MIS for the marketing department and work on a few key parameters like conversion ratio, business from existing customers, expansion of business in new territories
