Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  3. Responsible for the sales target and marketing plan to accomplish the company’s target
  4. Have excellent relations with Architect, PMC, Builders
  5. Responsible to analyze and summarize sales problems, dealer performance, and product problem
  6. Continually contact with customers and designers to present company products
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude
  8. Coordinate with the internal team effectively
  9. Should work independently with the above criteria’s
  10. Handling collection, pending payments & debtor status and ensuring nil outstanding
  11. Demonstrated abilities in implementing strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, promoting the brand for business excellence.
  12. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  13. Identifying potential customers to prospect for new business.
  14. Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development
  15. Co-ordination with commercial team to ensure timely delivery of material at customer sites, modes of transportation, etc. in a cost-effective manner.
  16. Monitoring the projects at the micro-level and keep an update on the day to day activities of the branches and the projects in the respective regions
  17. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
  18. Selling all company services strongly and ethically
  19. Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
  20. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  21. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
  22. Good Hands-on work experience about our modular furniture industry.
  23. Need to maintain a good relationship with the architects and PMC’s in a particular location.
  24. Need to get the order from the corporates, architects.
  25. Mostly like direct sales where the salesperson go and get the order from direct clients(Companies, Government sectors, through architects and some dealers) looking after the corporate and project sales.
  26. Giving a presentation to the clients about our products.
  27. Collecting payment  and sales related queries
  28. Report submission to the Branch Head
  29. Sales person need to achieve the targets set by the management
  30. Coordinating with sales and factory
