Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Responsible for the sales target and marketing plan to accomplish the company’s target
- Have excellent relations with Architect, PMC, Builders
- Responsible to analyze and summarize sales problems, dealer performance, and product problem
- Continually contact with customers and designers to present company products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude
- Coordinate with the internal team effectively
- Should work independently with the above criteria’s
- Handling collection, pending payments & debtor status and ensuring nil outstanding
- Demonstrated abilities in implementing strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, promoting the brand for business excellence.
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Identifying potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development
- Co-ordination with commercial team to ensure timely delivery of material at customer sites, modes of transportation, etc. in a cost-effective manner.
- Monitoring the projects at the micro-level and keep an update on the day to day activities of the branches and the projects in the respective regions
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Selling all company services strongly and ethically
- Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
- Good Hands-on work experience about our modular furniture industry.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with the architects and PMC’s in a particular location.
- Need to get the order from the corporates, architects.
- Mostly like direct sales where the salesperson go and get the order from direct clients(Companies, Government sectors, through architects and some dealers) looking after the corporate and project sales.
- Giving a presentation to the clients about our products.
- Collecting payment and sales related queries
- Report submission to the Branch Head
