- 1st round – Technical
- 2nd round – Coding
- 3rd round – Formal HR Discussion
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Experience in core Salesforce clouds
- Experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques including APEX, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, and creating Visual Force Page
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of agile methodologies, actively participating in daily stand-ups
- Experience with web-based technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience using Salesforce’s native declarative functions (Process Builder, Flow, Reports and Dashboards, Permissions, etc.)
PS:
- Not Looking for a candidate who has SFDC experience as an Administrator, QA roles etc.
- Salesforce Certification is Mandatory
