We have a leading client who is currently hiring for Senior Security Supervisor who must have Business Park or IT Park handling experience. The candidate will be responsible to manage the outsourced team of security agencies

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The candidate for this position should possess a Degree with preferably in Security Management, Real Estate Management or related fields
2. At least 7 years' related working experience in a similar capacity handling IT parks or hotels.
3. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be able to manage and provide effective leadership to the security team and ensure that resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated to key areas of work
4. The candidate must ensure that priorities are always covered adequately.
5. One should conduct audits on Security systems and manpower with internal and external parties and ensure budgets are properly controlled and managed, to achieve the best value for money.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

1. The candidate will be responsible to manage the outsourced team of security agencies
2. The incumbent will be responsible for the effective management of all aspects of physical security of the building and grounds and the protection of the assets against loss or damage on round the clock basis.
3. The candidate will also be responsible for the function of all the intelligent building security systems.
4. The incumbent will interface with the tenant clients to ensure their security needs are met within the provisions.
5. Other responsibilities include liaising with local authorities like Police and Fire Service department regularly and ensure required information for the smooth operation of the organization is met in accordance with the local authority and business requirements
6. Must ensure that the security function fully meets this requirement.
