We are hiring for Accounts Executive for one of our leading clients. The candidate as Accounts Executive will be responsible for Tracking and updating collections from the school by coordinating with the respective stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Tracking and updating collections from school by coordinating with the respective stakeholders
2.  Sharing the transaction details with vendors
3. Working on reconciliation for the collection of student kits by the vendor
4. Processing the credit note to the vendors and clients (if needed)
5. Working on reconciliation of due data on CRM
6. Updating the due detail sheet for each APP school
7. Providing ledger statements to the school in each quarter
8. Getting confirmation from the school on ledger statement
9.  Coordinating with clients for the outstanding due payments
