Job Description:
The job is in application support (technical and database), training, documentation. Depending on your skill set you may also be called on to assist in project implementations, writing SQL scripts, data analysis, and other tasks depending on the business requirements. You will be working in our friendly and relaxed Vashi office in Navi Mumbai, on a unique database application that accounts for a significant percentage of the world's trade in metals such as Copper, Gold, Silver, Zinc and other base metals. You will be helping to support the users located in various mining operations in Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
You must have ALL of these skills
1. Excellent English, both spoken and written. You must be able to communicate well on the phone and in emails, to our clients and to our team
2. Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, functions, triggers
3. Complex arithmetic and/or statistical
4. Experience : 1 or 2 years hand-on experience in SQL server
