- Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Arabic)
- Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
- Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates should be very fluent in speaking Arabic and English
- Command over Language with good understanding skills is required.
- Candidate must have network connectivity
- Good Communication Skills are required.

- Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
