We are looking for a talented Architect with experience in residential apartment projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong design and planning skills, along with a clear understanding of local building regulations and approval processes.
This role involves managing the planning and design phases of residential projects while collaborating closely with construction teams and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Job Details:
Key Responsibilities

Manage planning and design phases for residential apartment projects

Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts

Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and approval requirements

Coordinate with project teams during the design and development stages

Support project execution by providing technical guidance when required

Collaborate with consultants and construction teams for smooth implementation of designs
Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software

Strong understanding of residential building design and planning

Knowledge of BBMP building bye-laws related to apartment construction

Attention to detail and strong design visualization skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
Eligibility Criteria

3–6 years of experience with architectural firms or related organizations

Experience working on residential apartment construction projects in Bengaluru
