We are hiring for Assistant General Manager for one of our leading IT Clients. The Head for Engagement will be responsible for retention and continuous engagement of students. He/she will be responsible for defining Customer Experience and Engagement journey through product and processes. Additionally, the head will be working with regions and branches to drive the engagement activities for students and parents

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. 5-6 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience design and quality
  2. Proficient in Tableau and Google data studio
  3. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels;
  5. Clear communication and presentation skills;
  6. Solid analytical and numerical skills;

 Skill Requirements:

  1. Student Engagement: The purpose of the Head of Customer Engagement and Retention is to implement centrally designed retention and engagement strategies for students across Foundation and Test Prep. Initiate new and maintain existing communication activities and campaigns for students and parents.
  2. Ensure continuation and development of existing individual engagement programmers to maintain customer engagement and retention
  3. Deliver targeted improvements in customer engagement and retention. Managing the reporting of KPIs which identify engagement, using any learning’s to improve and optimize the customer journey
  4. Implement regular review of the teams to ensure high productivity teams delivering effective improvements in the system
  5. Liaison with Product and Academics to further the customer engagement journeys
