We are seeking an experienced AGM (HR) to join our client's team and oversee various functions within the company.

Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Approvals: Proficiently handle government approvals (e.g., factory license renewals, PCB, DTCP, Panchayat jobs) and ensure all related processes are executed in the company's best interest.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate effectively with entities other than government officials, especially regarding additional costs, and maintain a superior position in discussions with Panchayat and surrounding vendors.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with production and quality teams to allocate appropriate personnel according to company rules.
- Broad Oversight: As a General Manager, oversee all aspects of the company, bringing experience from other companies to improve processes and implement best practices.
- Process Improvement: Focus on enhancing processes such as expense request management, shop floor overtime work management, and manpower supplier control.
Key Areas:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet manpower requirements and manage campus recruitment drives.
- HR Operations:
- Manage HR operations including employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate processing of employee data and drive performance management processes.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity).
- Manage statutory report preparation and submission.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and adjust HR processes accordingly.
- Liaison:
- Maintain communication with government authorities, labor unions, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with labor unions and government officials.
- Resolve issues related to labor, compliance, and administration.
- Administration:
- Oversee facility management, transportation, and security.
- Manage office infrastructure and essential services efficiently.
- Develop policies for employee welfare, safety, and health.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sizable company is required.
- Strong ability to oversee overall company functions beyond HR.
- Proven track record of addressing issues and implementing improvements.
