The candidate will be responsible for Sourcing leads for Retail / Office space for HOH Chennai / Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Sourcing leads for Retail / Office space for HOH Chennai / Bangalore.
- Coordinating between internal and external stakeholder for retail/ commercial deals.
- Monitor the renewal of rental/ commercial space agreement/ LOI.
- Maintaining Logbook and coordinating with the respective departments for any concerns.
- Collection of Rentals and CAM.
- Vendor Management & handholding in retail/ commercial Space.
- Coordinating with the Maintenance team for the Maintenance of Retail/ commercial Space.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Responsible for rental / leasing of retail / office space.
- Complete end to end transaction (Lead Sourcing – Deal Closure – Operations handling – maintenance). Coordinate with Internal & external Stake holders.
- Maintain/follow up on rentals, CAM, monitor due dates, etc.
- MBA , Hands-on experience especially from the IPCs.
- Should have commercial leasing experience
