We are hiring for Assistant Manager - Commercial Leasing in retail department for our leading client. The functional area for the assistant manager will be Rental and Leasing of Commercial Spaces. The candidate will be responsible for Sourcing leads for Retail / Office space for HOH Chennai / Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Sourcing leads for Retail / Office space for HOH Chennai / Bangalore.
  2. Coordinating between internal and external stakeholder for retail/ commercial deals.
  3. Monitor the renewal of rental/ commercial space agreement/ LOI.
  4. Maintaining Logbook and coordinating with the respective departments for any concerns.
  5. Collection of Rentals and CAM.
  6. Vendor Management & handholding in retail/ commercial Space.
  7. Coordinating with the Maintenance team for the Maintenance of Retail/ commercial Space. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Responsible for rental / leasing of retail / office space.
  2. Complete end to end transaction (Lead Sourcing – Deal Closure – Operations handling – maintenance). Coordinate with Internal & external Stake holders.
  3. Maintain/follow up on rentals, CAM, monitor due dates, etc.
  4. MBA , Hands-on experience especially from the IPCs.
  5. Should have commercial leasing experience
