We have a fantastic leading client, having requirement of an Assistant Project Coordinator position with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities as Asst Project Coordinator

As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the following duties.

  1. Preparing schedule & planning for the site
  2.  Coordinating with project staff regarding site progress
  3. Preparing Estimation Report
  4. Checking Labor bills to process for contractors payment
  5. Managing parts of construction projects
  6. Overseeing Building work
  7. Supervising contracted staff
  8. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
  9. Providing technical advice and solving problems in site
  10. Checking material bills to process for suppliers payments
  11. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be an experienced Project handler with a strong track record in planning and preparing reports. Other requirements include:

  1. 3+ year's experience in Project Handling and preparing site reports
  2. Good written and oral communication skills
  3. Organized efficient and detail oriented
  4. Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and self-starter
  5. Strong closing skills
  6. Target driven
  7. Can handle and push a team to perform in a high-pressure situation

Other Requirements:

  1. Candidate with short notice period will be highly preferred.
  2. Any Graduate with experience in the listed field can apply
