Our client company wishes to expand its corporate business and is seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify, develop and manage new corporate customers to achieve business targets. BDE is an entry-level position within the Company’s sales department and will report into the Business Development Manager (BDM).

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  1. Comb the market, Identify and generate new corporate accounts and new business opportunities
  2. Conduct cold calls to prospect, qualify and schedule appointments
  3. Accompany BDM for client meetings
  4. Assist & support BDM to coordinate, follow-up, develop and convert opportunities into business
  5. Create presentations, prepare client proposals, follow-up and close orders
  6. Maintain relationships with key corporate accounts and enhance business from existing clients.
  7. Visit clients, conduct surveys, prepare quotes and receive orders
  8. Handle assigned inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate and convert them into order.
  9. Assist the Business Development Team and Management in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
  10. Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, revenue and profit targets as assigned within defined timelines
  11. Update daily sales activities and CRM into ERP on a daily basis
  12. Prepare and Submit Daily, Monthly MIS, and Analytical reports

Candidate Profile:

  1. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Should have a positive attitude and be willing to take on a challenging work environment
  3. Should be passionate about sales and bring their A-game to the workplace
  4. Should have excellent selling skills backed by preparedness and high engagement in requirements of the business
  5. Should be constantly on the lookout for business opportunities. This will include cold calling, meeting new people, creating new business opportunities, creating an interest for Globe Moving’s services and selling the same.
  6. Should be able to adapt to a challenging environment, solve problems and make decisions quickly
  7. Should be a faster learner, building business networks
  8. Should be goal-oriented following up with prospects and constantly aiming for closure
  9. Should have a strong work ethic going above and beyond to achieve targets.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Should be a graduate with minimum of 2 years prior corporate sales experience
  2. Should have a very good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft, and other IT Skills
  3. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
