Job Description:
- Gather business requirements; Create BRD and bring out clarity about the customer requirements
- Construct work flow charts and diagrams; Understand the customer requirements and provide insights about complex business problems through workflows, wireframes, and diagrams
- Identify and document business processes and practices based on customer requirements
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer information and needs
- Coordinate between product team, development team, testing team, and customer to deliver the right solution
- Customer Interface to solicit requirements, present solution and demonstrate the solution developed

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and with others
