Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Based at CHENNAI & covering territories up to Chengalpattu, Sholinganallur & Tiruporur.

Salary:
Starting at Rs.18,000/- per month + conveyance allowance + Sales Incentive of min. 50% of salary upon achievement of the MINIMUM sales & collection target, as elucidated in the Company's Policy, with potential to earn more than the monthly salary if targets are met/exceeded, without any upper limit. Salary will be upgraded based on the basic performance.
Other Benefits: All personnel is covered for PF, ESI/Mediclaim and Personal Accident Insurance by the Company. TDS is deductible as per prevailing Laws.

Job Responsibilities:
Core key competencies to perform well in the Job of a Business Development Officer
- The candidate is responsible to cover the allocated Territories to prospect,
- Responsible to identify and canvass sales & ensure receivables of the Company's Roofing Products and Accessories, through Dealers, Fabricators, and Projects.
- Ready to accept the changes.
- The candidate must be target oriented
- Should be self-driven and motivated
Job Requirements:
- Any graduate or ITI with 2+ years’ experience.
- Freshers’ can also apply
- Area of experience - Interaction with Dealers, Fabricators & end-users.
- Must have Relevant field sales experience in a similar field; IE: Hardware or Building / Construction Materials.
- Must possess Two-wheeler (with valid License).
- Must have good knowledge of Tamil, with basic communication skills in English.
- Must travel extensively in the field.
- Must be a sound character.
- Must be Confident and Punctual of time
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate with immediate joining or short notice period will be highly preferred.
Key Skills:
- Must possess aptitude & demeanor for a sales job, with a pleasing, yet firm, personality.
- Must work under pressure to exceed targets.
Relevant Expertise
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
