Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and ensure quality control by working closely with the contract manufacturer on behalf of the company
- Attain growth and hit sales targets set by the company. Meet and exceed KPIs and SAL. Also, plan to ensure achievement targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Build and advocate strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and perceiving their needs.
- Proactively pursuing new business and sales opportunities.
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in sales and/or manufacturing
- Age profile: 28-30 plus
- Strategic planning skills
- Project management experience
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Travel for company work and work independently.
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Two to three years of experience as a sales manager
- Three to five years of sales experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
