Job Details:
- Drafting of Real estate documents including sale documents, service agreements, powers of attorney, etc.
- Research related to various real estate matters and questions of law.
- Ideally you a lawyer with 5 to 10+ years of experience.
- You should have experience in handling documentation. Candidates with exposure to real estate/commercial/retail
- Candidate must hold the Bar Council of India (BCI) membership.
- Relevant experience in commercial contract drafting with a focus on real estate documentation;
- Strong fundamental principles of law;
- Self-driven, with the ability to handle tasks independently, attention to detail;
