Job Responsibilities:
Listed below are some key responsibilities and eligibility criteria for the position of Client Support Executive
- The candidate will be responsible to manage calls from clients (US/UK) regarding inquiries, complaints and also to provide general information.
- Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to have an interaction with the Client regarding the requirement of them.
- Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
- Should have knowledge in MIS report generation and very good knowledge in MS-Office Advanced Excel.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Looking for only the Male Candidate and immediate joiner
- Photoshop knowledge is a bonus
