Salary: CTC would be 2.8 to 3 lakhs maximum depending on the candidate performance and his

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include the following;

  1. Department Management Organizationally, fitness clubs are divided into several departments, which are overseen by the CRM.
  2. Departments include membership, front desk, personal training, group exercise, sports actives.
  3. The general manager holds frequent one-on-one meetings with department In charges as well as meetings with all departments present.
  4. The manager’s principal duty is to listen to departmental needs and concerns and put them in balance with those of the club.
  5. Member Communications Executive act as the primary liaisons between the club and its members in important communication matters.
  6. Even though the membership, front desk and fitness departments play crucial roles in developing relationships with members, the CRM who takes the ultimate responsibility for keeping those relationships strong through effective communication, especially when problems arise.
  7. Executive sometimes does this by setting an overall tone of communication with the individual department in charges, which then carry out direct member communications.
  8. More often than not, though, fitness managers devote a considerable percentage of their time talking with members on the phone or at
    the club.
  9. Facility Upkeep Executive oversee every aspect of a club, including the daily cleanliness of the front desk, locker rooms, and fitness floor and pool area.
  10. Oftentimes, an Executive will ask another staff member to walk the club premises and make sure everything is in order, but daily walkthroughs offer Executive a way to monitor any ongoing facility problems and, more importantly, keep a more informal connection with members during the times they use the facilities.
  11. An executive is also responsible for supervising the maintenance of current equipment and ordering new equipment. While the owner of a club may give final approval over ordering new equipment, the club manager is most often the person who suggests the need and initiates the process. The executive has to check the servicing and maintenance upkeep of the equipment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Must have an MBA Degree
  2. Must have 2 to 4 years of experience
  3. Strong business sense and industry expertise
  4. Strong in problem-solving skill, Grievance Handling Teamwork & Accountability
  5. Ability to make decisions, work through stressful situations.
