Job Description:

To maintain excellent relationships and have a defined call plan with all the CLIENTS in the portfolio to leverage business opportunities. You will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. A Candidate must capable to enhance business with the existing client portfolio
2. Indicate the main activities/duties to be conducted in the job
3. Client Relationships - To maintain and manage client expectations and resolve their concerns/issues in agreed timeframes
4. Sales Achievement - To achieve the set business targets for various services by cross-selling, up-selling, reference selling within the assigned portfolio
5. Team Work - To work with peers and cross-functional groups in sync to achieve Customer and Business objectives. - Prioritization
6. To maintain excellent relationships and have a defined call plan with all the CLIENTS in the portfolio to leverage business opportunities

 

Job Requirements:

1. Experience required of 1-3 years in the CRM / CRE role with a Corporate company
2. Must know how to Manage a portfolio of Corporate Clients
3. Must have good managing relationship with Senior Management
4. Must have Proven track record of basket selling to the Client portfolio
5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
6. Must be a Fast learner and passion for sales
7. The candidate must be Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
8. A candidate with great Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
9. Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm
10. Confident to work independently
11. Accurate with attention to detail
12. Candidate must be a Team worker, who is willing to support others
