Responsibilities -

1. Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

2. Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools to present actionable insights.

3. Perform statistical analysis and identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities from complex datasets.

4. Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.

5. Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage large datasets efficiently.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

7. Monitor key business metrics and prepare regular reports to support management decision-making.

8. Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

9. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with organizational data governance policies.

10. Stay updated with emerging data analytics technologies, machine learning techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

Skills required

1. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

2. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards.

3. Good understanding of statistics, probability, data mining, and predictive analytics.

4. Experience in building and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-learn or similar frameworks is preferred.

5. Strong knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.

6. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an added advantage.

7. Ability to interpret complex datasets and present meaningful business insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical decision-making abilities.

9. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

10. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
