We are hiring for Design Engineer for one of our leading clients from Chennai. The candidate as Design Engineer will be responsible to review all the relevant inputs & Raise the clarification with our internal & external customer.

Qualification: B.Tech /B.E./M.E., in EEE , E& I, Electronics/Telecommunication
Notice Period: Immediate (Preference) or Up to 30 days MAX
Mode of Interview: Face to face HR Round
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- To review all the relevant inputs & Raise the clarification with our internal & External customer
- Develop the drawings as per customer specification
- Schedule should be correctly managed to meet the completion of documents on time
- No deviation from BQF
- Archive completed documents with check list
- Release the documents to internal customer and escalate the problem to quality manager. If revised inputs received, Rework for approval
- Complete BOM preparation (main component list with make & model detail)
- Dimension of all components must be scaled, Component fixing detail is clearly indicated in the construction drawing (Ex. Bolt, Nut……etc)
- Provide estimation hours for new job as well as old job based on revised inputs, also support sales team
- Week plan and preparation of Monitoring Measurement on Weekly basis
Skills Required:
- Well Experience & Knowledge in E- Plan & AutoCAD Electrical. ( Atleast 2 years’ experience)
- Positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth
- Ability to understand the BOM
- Good communication skills
- Preferably from Industrial Automation / Electrical & Electronics /Field Instruments/Switch gears / Spare Parts Manufacturing / Panel Designing Background
- Strong verbal & written communication in English.
- Ability to work as team.
- Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
