Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Lead Generation:
- - Develop and implement effective social media strategies to generate leads and drive traffic to our website.
- - Create and manage targeted social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize lead generation efforts.
- - Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community around our brand.
2. Content Creation:
- - Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website pages.
- - Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative content ideas to keep our audience engaged.
3. Branding:
- - Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
- - Conduct market research to understand target audiences and refine branding strategies accordingly.
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute branding campaigns that enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- - Monitor brand sentiment and perception through social listening tools and adjust strategies to address any issues.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and branding.
- - Proven track record of successful lead generation through social media channels.
- - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
- - Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
