Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
2. Manage and train the rest of the team 
3. Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
4. Manage all digital marketing channels
5. Measure ROI and KPIs
6. Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
7. Oversee all the company's social media accounts
8. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
9. Build and inbound marketing plan
10. Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals 
11. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Skills Required:

1. 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role
2. Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
3. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
4. Critical thinker and problem-solving Skills 
5. Team player
6. Good time-management Skills
7. Great interpersonal and communication Skills
