Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the conceptualization & design of Bench sales strategic initiatives and help to drive the same
  • Support the business for Bench Sales needs including Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, design and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur
  • Conceptualize, Design, Develop, and Implement people strategies that enable the business to meet its short-term goals and prepare a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the future
  • Build people competencies aligned to business priorities through internal and external resources. 
  • Facilitate Employee Development activities like Mentoring, Coaching, Training, Induction.
  • Design and Implement a Reward and Recognition framework and policies that ensure that rewards and recognition are aligned to Right Ways & Right Results
