As an e-learning specialist you will oversee the operation and development of online e-learning programs or computer-based virtual courses. In addition to creating content, you will support the development teams in creating content as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Developing e-learning concepts and storyboards using state-of-the-art methods and didactical principles in coordination with Subject Matter Experts worldwide. The development should be based on the specifications received from the business partners, conduct peer reviews, and proofread and edit the lesson adhering to style guides and processes.
  2. Developing e-learning courses by using the authoring tool “Articulate Storyline”.
  3. Coordinating and managing e-learning projects, including time schedules, from the kick-off meetings until they are published in the LMS.
  4. Communicating with different e-learning stakeholders globally, consciously seeking ways to improve overall performance and deliver higher levels of results.
  5. Participate in peer reviews for e-learning courses to help us improve the e-learning quality regularly and sustainably.
  6. Maintain e-learning courses and e-learning content in the Learning Management System

Education and Experience

  1. Should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Instructional Design. This means the designing of e-learning courses using didactical state-of-the-art principles and methods.
  2. Should be able to individually prepare e-learning concepts and storyboards (Transferring the didactical knowledge in rough and detailed concepts).
  3. Excellent communication skills (written and oral, plus good grammar skills) to be able to coordinate and communicate globally with different stakeholders in e-learning projects (Subject Matter
  4. Experts, other e-learning experts, training managers).
  5. Organization and project management skills are required to control and coordinate e-learning projects from scratch until publishing.
  6. Should be a team player: Being able to provide appropriate and specific inputs and feedback to other team members in solving e-learning issues. Share knowledge and work together in a team.
  7. Experience from abroad or at least from a Multinational company would be an asset.
  8. Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint, good presentation, creativity & visualization skills.
  9. Experience in working with the authoring tool “Articulate Storyline” would be an asset.
  10. Experience in working with the LMS “Moodle” or “Totara” would be an asset.
  11. Should be able to make decisions in their area of responsibility.
  12. Should be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  13. Strong oral and written communication skills
