Job Description:

 The team coordinator is expected to handle the functioning and smooth coordination of the team and will be reporting to the COO. Apart from collating presentations, MIS reports, refining databases, handling client/vendor coordination and meetings, various statutory documentations and providing support.

 Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills with good personality
  2. Good coordination skills
  3. Knowledge of MS – Office, handling web and email.
  4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internally and externally for the COO’s office.
  2. Coordinating and facilitating various meetings, activities and providing support.
  3. Coordinate with various internal teams such as customer relationship, vendor management, project, operations, customer care etc.
  4. Daily status reports, MIS coordination, tele follow up
  5. Support in research and analysis function for COO.
