Job Description

  1. Performing accurate research and analysis.
  2. Coordinating arrangements, meetings, and/or conferences as assigned.
  3. Preparing, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents and reports.
  4. Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  5. Creating and organizing information, and generating reference tools for easy use.
  6. Responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
  7. Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  8. Travel to branches, meetings, functions along with CEO
  9. Organizing events and conferences.
  10. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  11. Provide a "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staffs.


  1. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  2. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  3. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  5. Knowledge of the principle and practice of health care (Preferred)
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills
  7. Proficiency in MS Office.
