Job Purpose:


The Field Supervisor is responsible for overall business operation which includes people management, Sales target KPIs achievement, field execution in the assigned territory.


Job Description:


 Deliver Business Objectives Industrial Segment :


• Drive and deliver month-wise sales objectives in allocated area– Overall Volume, GSV and NSV Target


• Drive and assist customer leads Generation, customer(accounts) product trials and customers acquisition in allocated territory, along with new account development(Hunting)


• Work with sales team towards increasing Share Of Wallet with existing customer


• Ensure manning as per business requirement


• Coordinate with local sales team to resolve market issues


• Driving Execution of agreed PJP of self and team that maximizes sales productivity with the help of the local FM and Client Sales team


• Demonstrate, teach and train the new Direct Sales Representatives (DSR)s how to prospect


• Market visit as per PJP


Client handling


• Data reporting and hygiene


• Training the field on the use of SMART APP


• Escalating APP related issues


• Drive relationship/ Maintenance and Retain Existing Accounts


• Ensuring Maintenance of PDS(Product Data Sheets) & MSDS(Material Safety Data sheets) of all products running in the shop floor


People Management:


• Ensure PJP adherence of the Team


• Prepare call cycle of reportees and ensuring daily attendance


• Creating database of potential candidates


• Ensure salaries and incentives data inputs are given to FM on time


• Ensure high retention in the team


• Identify reasons for attrition


• Take corrective action and report issues to Field Managers


• Adhere to HR Compliances


Training & Coaching


• Give OJT to all new joiners and existing team members


• Work the market and identify training needs


• Ensure team members are groomed as per said standard


• Coach and mentor team on the ways of working


• Drive strict compliance with client/Smollan Code of Conduct and local competition legalization. compliance with local regulations, segment and regional policies and standards.


• Leading through Client/Smollan values, building enduring capability and maximizing value by strictly adhering to safe, Ethical & compliant behaviour for all activities in the market/Site


Implementation:


• Execution of Delivering value to Key Accounts(Industrial client) for a win-win solution to help the sales team to build key customers base.


• Driving and Tracking and timely supply to customer, excellent relationship with customer(4 Depts) (QPMP) (Quality/Production/Marketing/Procurement)


• Assist in driving Trials, Burr and Tramp oil removal, maintaining top-ups through MARs


• Driving the team to strictly follow client laid S.O.P of all the products in use at customer site


• Monitor and assist in maintenance of Stock of additives, abnormality tracking(hydraulic oil leak) material Indenting and inventory management Behavioural Skills


• Drive the team to Educate customers on new products and customer / consumer benefits along with DSR/MAR

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Engg in Petroleum, Automobile, Mechanical, Chemical


Technical Qualification: Strong technical know how about lubricant formulations


Experience:


Must have Experience of B2B/Industrial Sales (Automotive OEMs Accounts)


Strong working knowledge of the Lubricants industries from a technical stand-point


Strong technical know how about lubricant formulations
