Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Core key competencies to perform well in the job of a Senior Manager or General Manager. The General Manager is responsible for designing and executing plans and procedures that drive executive education business. Take ownership for Management Development and Executive programs to ensure maximum revenues generated with utmost client satisfaction and exceed targets for Executive education.

  1. Responsible for acquisition of candidates/Clients for Executive Programs and MDP’s
  2. Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline.
  3. Effective coordination to manage lead generation on social media and content marketing campaigns with vendors.
  4. Manage email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  5. Manage Major Key/strategic accounts.
  6. Ownership of  activities covering all aspects of program delivery & participants learning experience
  7. Support faculty to ensure that participant’s learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained.
  8. Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions.
  9. As a part of Corporate Engagement team, lead the corporate outreach initiative in a territory/city.
  10. Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting employees to upskill themselves.
  11. Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Corporates to understand their requirements and create Customized Management Development Programs to meet Client’s training needs.
  12. Work closely with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to create a successful outcome for Corporate Partners.

Job Requirements:

  1. An MBA with 12 to 18 years of Business Development experience preferably in the Education Industry.
  2. Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio.
  3. Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication and networking skills, influencing & negotiation skills.
  5. Sense of customer relationship and business development opportunities.
  6. Short notice period to join immediately.

  2. Should be able to work effectively with the cross-functional team both internally and externally.
