Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Responsible for achieving the targets of the team/ region.

3. Excellent business development skills, team building and client handling skills
4. Very good written and spoken English
5. Ability to meet sales targets and organizational goals
6. Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
7. Excellent organizational skills
8. Leadership and human resources management skills
9. Go getter & self-starter
10. High Aptitude
11. 7-10 years of overall experience.
12. Must have experience in Business Development
13. Must have good understanding of IB products and services
14. Experience in Investment Banking of minimum 3-5 years with overall 7-10 years of Finance and Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital Experience
