Essential Skills -
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong skills in Java/Python/PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Ajax, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Javascript, NoSQL Databases like MongoDB and Cassandra, algorithms, MVC, DB Design, Git
• Experience with developing web-based solutions using HTML 5, CSS/CSS3, and Web Development Frameworks like Yii, Code Igniter, Laravel, Django, Magento, React js, Angular JS, Node.JS Frameworks like HapyJS and Express
• Skilled in GraphQL, server-side API integration, RESTful Web Services, Web User Interface programming, microservices architecture
• Technically able to solve complex problems in Design and Data Analysis
• Proficient in designing cross-browser and responsive web pages, as well as integration services such as AJAX, JSON, and HTTP services
• Experience developing and supporting online marketplaces, virtual stores, and digital transactions
• Previously have worked with ecommerce platforms, payment gateway integrations, location tracking services, low latency, request fulfillment services
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and other cpanel hosting services like Digital Ocean will be a plus
• Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB or any other database will be an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities -
• Ability to architect complex web applications using frameworks and APIs
• Design and develop exceptional technology solution based on requirements
• Design and build scalable, responsive and secure web applications and features
• Execute initial design and development of new software or perform extensive software revisions to existing code base
• Assist design and dev team in addressing enhancement requests and issues, design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce detailed specification and documentation
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Follow industry best practices
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs and processes as necessary
• Quickly and thoroughly learn new technologies required to perform duties
• Strong Team Player, Good at Written and Verbal Communications
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Should have previous experience or leading and managing a small team
• Excellent time management skills
