Job Responsibilities:

Core key competencies to perform well in the Job of an HR Executive

  1. Responsible for sourcing screening and selecting the right candidate for the right position at the right department with suitable profile candidate as per ICP.
  2. Responsible for induction training for all new employees and issue of ID card, Work station arrangements, Visiting Card, Bank account opening, Joining forms and valid documents collection.
  3. Responsible for the preparation of attendance leave statement employee wise for processing salary on the defined target date for salary disbursement into their bank account.
  4. Responsible for career development, develop functional training, soft skills training with learning objectives to measure and improve individual growth in knowledge and skills.
  5. Responsible for preparation of JD with the support of Functional manager for all defined roles of the various departments,
  6. Responsible to finalize KRA-Key result Area and KPI-Key performance Indicator to prepare individual/departmental scorecard to measure in monthly performance appraisal to improve performance of the individual and department.
  7. Should have hands-on experience in HR responsibilities like payroll, training and development, management, HR admin activities
  8. Minimum of 2 years’ experience is compulsory.
  9. Ready to accept the changes.
  10. Should be self-driven and motivated

Job Requirements:

Academics:

  1. Any graduate or MBA HR-fresher Or 2-4 years’ experience.
  2. Male Proven work experience as an HR Executive
  3. Age-22-28 years an MBA/PGDBM in HR Experience 3 -4 years of experience in handling recruitment, payroll, performance management system, Training & Development, HR ADMIN activities
  4. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
  5. Must be Confident and Punctual of time
  6. Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  7. Candidate with immediate joining or short notice period will be highly preferred.

Relevant Expertise

  1. Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  2. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking System
