Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Co-ordination with Business Development Specialist in all aspects such as designing Visit Plans, fixing appointments, planning, and strategies for business growth, understanding market scenario, and carrying out the operations from office.
- Communicating with customers and following up on the leads by understanding their needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering the customers and providing relevant and complete information on a timely basis.
- Keeping up with product updates and service information.
- Creating and maintaining a database of all customers.
- Staying informed about competing products and services
