Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. To design and develop learning materials and storyboards with excellent writing skills
2. Coordinate instructional design projects from initial to completion
3. Assists in the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies
4. Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia to support teaching, learning, and college information needs
5. Researches and makes recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learning
6. Facilitates curriculum development sessions, writes and maintains reports
7. Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
8. Maintain project documentation and course folders
9. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills

Skills Required:

1. 3+ Years’ experience in Teaching/e-learning Industry / Instructional Designing
2. Excellent Communication & Written skills in English. Preferably from engineering//applied science background
3. Design instructional materials with excellence
4. Demonstrate Quality, Manage Priorities, Planning and Organizing
5. Responsible for all phases of the project management
6. Work with Subject Matter Experts, Instructors, etc. to develop materials that are effective and engaging
7. Create and deliver 10 production ready Storyboards in a month
8. Provide status reports on the project and deliverables
9. Manage and design, develop and implement blended learning solution, in the form of storyboards for e-Learning and virtual learning based on the given curriculum.
