Our client company is hiring a high-performing IT Sales Executive – Field Sales to help achieve business growth targets and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience selling IT products and solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and conducting client visits regularly.

Salary : ?35,000 – ?45,000 (based on experience)
Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and online networking

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)

Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients

Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation

Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities

Track sales activities using CRM tools and submit timely reports

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

2–5 years of experience in IT sales or solution selling
-
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud services, ERP, CRM tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
-
Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player

Familiar with using CRM software for lead tracking

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Must have a valid driving license
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling to enterprise, SMB, or government clients

Certifications like AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.

Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling approaches
