We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Civil & Structural Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our client's engineering team. The role involves supporting projects across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, including design, analysis, and site coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain exposure to diverse engineering projects and develop strong technical and project execution skills.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in structural analysis and design of buildings and industrial structures

2. Support preparation of engineering deliverables including design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and reports

3. Participate in site visits, inspections, and provide basic field support during construction

4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and project teams

5. Ensure designs comply with relevant industry codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.)

6. Assist in project planning, estimations, and feasibility studies

7. Support design and execution activities for infrastructure and building projects

8. Participate in internal design reviews and documentation processes

9. Ensure adherence to safety (HSE) and quality standards

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

2. 1–3 years of experience in civil/structural design or site engineering

3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of engineering software such as:

   • STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SAP2000

   • AutoCAD / Revit / Tekla

4. Understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices

5. Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is an advantage
