Responsibilities and Duties

1. LEAD MANAGEMENT:

  1. Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities

  2. Identify strong potential prospects using the given database and find out a new customer using various internet-based pages/applications to generate outbound lead opportunities

  3. Assess and analyses a prospects current process and requirements

  4. Provide engaging and articulate information about the Company’s value proposition to potential customers.

  5. Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in the HUBSPOT CRM system.

2. SALES MANAGEMENT:

  1. Learn to manage complex enterprise sales throughout the sales cycle

  2. Efficient management of the sales pipeline using the Company’s processes

  3. Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings

  4. Represent Company at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues

  5. Meet personal targets and work towards the Company’s sales goals and profitability

3. COMMUNICATION:

  1. Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship

  2. Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues

  3. Provide accurate and timely information as required to sales & Business Development Managers, and senior management

  4. Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization

  5. Adhere to company policies, procedures culture, and business ethics. 4.Product Knowledge

  6. Develop a strong knowledge of the Company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

  7. Understand how the benefits of the Company’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals

Required Experience

  1. 2-3 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and 1-2 years’ experience in sales management

  2. Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in enterprise/education software solutions or in the cloud space or IT sector and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

  3. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably HUBSPOT CRM

  4. Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.

  5. Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

Required Skills:

  2. Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.

  3. Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.

  4. Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond Targets.

  5. Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google programs and social networking tools.

  6. Experience of Hub spot would be preferred, but not essential.

  7. Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary.

  8. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of the English language, especially speaking, listening and writing skills.

  9. Must be passionate about the cloud computing industry.
