Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Generating new leads through Market research
  2. Researching and analyzing target companies in the space of IT Services or Software Sales
  3. Extracting the relevant contacts details of the prospect from various online sources, and portals
  4. Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  5. Identifying potential customers and exceed qualified lead quota every month
  6. Using CRM/sheets to maintain and report on activity and metrics
  7. Qualifying prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
  8. Collaborating with marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation
  9. Classifying hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
  10. Tracking news about the companies using their press releases and other Level and other details like Affiliated Role, Affiliation, Address, City, State, Country, Zip code, Phone number, and e-mail id
  11. New Accounts mining with relevant information on a daily basis
  12. Conduct planned cold-calling campaigns, scheduling meetings and online lead generation activities to maintain a funnel of active leads and follow-up as required.
  13. Work with the Director of Business Development to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.

Skills Required:

  1. Prior calling and lead generation experience for a minimum duration of 6 months is a must
  2. Must be comfortable working night shifts or Eastern Standard Timing (Female Candidates will be considered for Day shifts (IST)
  3. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  4. Experience with any CRM Software is preferred
  5. Highly organized with ability to work in fast paced team environment
  6. Should have exceptional verbal and written communication Skills
  7. Should be highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources
  8. Clear understanding of various terminologies in Web and Mobile App Development Life Cycle and simple understanding of different Technologies
  9. B.Com, B.Sc (Comp Sci), BCA or any UG in Business Administration / Management, Communications or related field
  10. Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Inside sales / lead generation experience in US / International IT Services or Software Sales
