Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Perform duties in alignment with the company’s Mission, Values.
  2. Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the City-Wide value proposition.
  3. Utilize and manage customer relationship management system to maintain all clients and lead information.
  4. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identify customer’s needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations.
  5. Signing on New accounts to build your base.
  6. Develop and sell additional products to existing clients.
  7. Achieve monthly sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on progress toward those goals.
  8. Identify new leads and connecting with the client.
  9. Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. 0-2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience.
  3. Proven track-record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales.
  4. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations.
  5. Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature.
  6. Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  7. Ability to navigate basics of MS office suite Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
  8. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  9. Reliable transportation.
