Job Eligibility and Responsibilities:

Listed below are some key responsibilities and eligibility criteria for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.

1. Candidate with MBA Degree holder will get a higher preference. Others can apply too.
2. Food & Beverage Brand Corporate Sales experience preferred
3. The candidate should have strong in verbal and written communication
4. The candidate is responsible for engaging and managing strong internal team relationships
5. Following up with inquiries, fixing appointments, going for client meetings, sending proposals, doing follow-ups, making cold calls for corporate lead generation, making sales reports, coordinate training, etc.
6. The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales and tie-up targets for multiple territories within the city
7. Handle a team of sales executives in setting sales targets, corporate tie-up targets, training and guiding them to achieve the same
8. The candidate will be responsible for creating tie-ups with various corporates and relevant 3^rd parties to enable marketing activations
9. Should have an extensive list of contacts with corporates and solid networking skills
10. The candidate must have a strong proven track record in Corporate Sales, Coupon and Gift Voucher Sales
11. The incumbent will work closely with the marketing team to identify the relevant corporate or 3^rd party tie-up fit for various marketing goals and activations
12. Traveling within the city to meet with decision-makers of corporates, brands, organizations to do cold sales pitches and close deals
13. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to convince and close deals
14. Should have a motorbike
15. Male candidates are the preference
