Job Details:

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on support for server systems, ensuring their smooth operation and promptly addressing any issues.
  2. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve server-related challenges.
  3. Develop a solid understanding of KepserverEX and similar technologies, emphasizing practical application in a manufacturing environment.
  4. Support the administration of KepserverEX to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Contribute to routine maintenance activities to prevent system downtime.
  6. Assist in planning and executing software upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  7. Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and address potential issues proactively. 
  8. Assist in generating reports on system health and performance metrics.
  9. Contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  10. Participate in training sessions for end-users, sharing insights into system functionalities and best practices.

Education and Experience

  1. Recent graduate (2 Year Degree minimum) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience with Enterprise system installations
  3. Familiarity with server system support and a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  4. Basic understanding of KepserverEX or similar technologies used for OT data collection.
  5. Strong IT troubleshooting skills and an ability to learn quickly on the job.
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  7. Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  8. Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  9. Customer-focused with the ability to work in a culturally diversified fast-paced environment
  10. Ability to cooperate with technology teams, operations teams, management and end users
  11. Basic knowledge of Operational Technology with some understanding of globally positioned IT/OT infrastructure data collection techniques.
  12. Ability to identify and resolve server operational problems.
  13. Experience with monitoring server operating systems, emphasis on Windows Server OS.
  14. Basic understanding and experience in configuring and deploying Enterprise grade software systems.
  15. Ability to understand and document current state installation issues to support the Analyst in troubleshooting topics
  16. Familiarity with alerting and response mechanisms in Enterprise environments.
