Job Responsibilities:

Listed below will be the job responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Manager position.

1. The candidate is responsible for Engaging and managing strong internal team relationships
2. Responsible for following up with inquiries, fixing appointments, going for client meetings, sending proposals, doing follow-ups, making cold calls for corporate lead generation, making sales reports, coordinate training, etc.
3. Responsible for achieving sales and tie-up targets for multiple territories within the
   city
4. The candidate is responsible to handle a team of sales executives in setting sales targets, corporate tie-up targets,
   training and guiding them to achieve the same
5. The incumbent will be responsible for creating tie-ups with various corporates and relevant 3^rd parties to enable marketing activations

Job Requirements:

Mentioned below are some requirements for the Marketing and Sales Manager.

1. Should have an extensive list of contacts with corporates and solid networking skills
2. Strong proven track record in Corporate Sales, Coupon and Gift Voucher Sales
3. MBA Degree holder will get a higher preference. Others can apply too.
4. Food & Beverage Brand Corporate Sales experience preferred
5. Strong in verbal and written communication
6. Must have the ability to work within a team and independently
7. The Candidate should have strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

1. Must be target oriented and eager to learn
2. Must be Confident and Punctual of time
3. Candidate with a short notice period will be given more preference.
