Qualifications & Skills

  • Education   : Should have completed at Diploma / Degree
  • Experience : Min of 1 Year’s Experience in Marketing in Construction Industry
  • Other Requirements: Should have two wheeler with Valid Driving Licences.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Should Report to Office on Time
  • Make the Previous Day’s Follow Up calls.
  • Make the Cold-calls to Builders & Architects everyday morning to get the appointments with them.
  • Discussion with Coordinator on Previous day’s meeting detailed status
  • Discuss about present day’s meeting schedules & plans.
  • Conduct a quick discussion with MD about Today’s Plans & Yesterday’s meeting [ This discussion is compulsory on initial days of his joining & withdrawn based his performance later ]
  • Send the Bike Speedometer photo with clear km details via Whatsapp to Company Group before leaving the office for Meeting schedules
  • Meet min of 2 Architects & 2 Builders every day.
  • ME should also have to find out min of 2 prospective clients sames as FE everyday.
  • In short ME has to collect min of 6 contacts from any of the above mentioned persons. such as Architects, Builder & Prospective client.
  • Reach the Meeting spot at least before 10 mins of the meet & convey the message to coordinator.
  • During the Client Meeting share the Company profile & Mini-Booklet about our services
  • Convince the client to get the project (or) get the 2nd level meeting with MD.
  • Collect as many contacts as he can in the site relating to getting the projects.
  • Once the Meeting is over Update the collected details in BD MIS Google Sheet along with the Site Photograph & Live Location.
  • Update CRM for 2 times a day, The 1st one has to be before lunch time & another update by 5.30 pm.
  • Get the updates about the next day’s meeting schedules from Coordinator.
  • Use the Company Whatsapp group for communication & information passing, so that MD also get Instant updates.
  • By End of the day report back to office and verify the given details & provide more clarity & details about the visited sites in the BD MIS.
  • Have a detailed Meeting with MD on the Attended meetings & Meeting outcome. Take the Inputs on the works to be one relating to the attended meets & guidance from MD.
  • The Missed Meetings should be attended without any delay depends on clients availability.
  • By End of the day before leaving the office send the Bike Speedometer photo with clear km details via Whatsapp to Company Group.
