Responsibilities and Duties
- He will plan, initiate and establish the growth of the company’s business in the chosen business segments: (a) Water Treatment (b) Wastewater Treatment & Recycling (c) Product & Services.
- He will develop the marketing of new applications, by identifying market demands and finding partnerships and/or technology from organizations/specialists/consultants across the world.
- Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills/negotiation skills, along with the ability to mentor a team to those same disciplines.
- Take a lead role in identifying and evaluating opportunities for partnering with companies/consultants and research groups
- Hands-on a person who has the ability to develop progressive marketing strategies with the ambition to take the business to the next level
- Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization. Support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans
- Generate enquires prioritizing them to ensure optimum use of available resources and to achieve the best focus on prospects
- Administer, monitor & review all marketing initiative and activities
- Exceptional communication together with maturity and gravitas needed to persuade and influence at management level
- His ability to counsel, guide and develop his team to support the process of business expansion and improvements will ensure he is accepted as the leader both by the organization and the stakeholders.
- Identify potential opportunities for promotional and publicity events
- Developing a personal network within and outside the group companies through meetings with customers & consultants in various forums & conferences.
- Work in close cooperation with all key functions and help to maximize the capabilities of the business
- Maintain MIS for the marketing department and work on a few key parameters like conversion ratio, business from existing customers, expansion of business in new territories
- Should be able to establish marketing department from scratch
