The role involves market research, strategy development, customer relationship management, sales support, and coordination with technical and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding along with proven marketing experience in the industrial equipment domain.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competition within the process equipment manufacturing sector.

Analyze customer requirements and align them with the company’s product portfolio.
2. Product Promotion & Marketing Strategy
-
Develop and execute marketing strategies for promoting products such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Industrial Valves, Pumps, Chillers, and Vacuum Pumps.

Collaborate with technical teams to create marketing materials—brochures, case studies, product catalogs, technical presentations, etc.

Plan and manage digital marketing activities including SEO, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct technical discussions, product demos, and address customer inquiries.

Coordinate with engineering teams to customize technical solutions as per client needs.
4. Sales Support
-
Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during meetings and negotiations.

Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and project documentation.

Support lead generation activities through exhibitions, webinars, and client interactions.
5. Project Coordination
-
Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely product delivery as per customer specifications.

Provide after-sales technical support and address customer concerns promptly.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, leads, and sales data for analysis.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance, lead conversions, and overall activity status.
Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Chemical preferred).
-
2–4 years of experience in marketing process equipment such as industrial valves, pumps, chillers, vacuum pumps, fabricated equipment, or similar engineered products.

Strong understanding of industrial markets across Southern India.

Excellent communication, technical understanding, and client-handling skills.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional technical and sales teams.
