Job Title:  Immigration Coordinator – Inside Sales

Location: Bangalore & Chennai

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Salary:  Based on their previous salary (maximum upto CTC: 5,00,000/PA) + Incentive

Vacancies: 5

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: UG/PG – Marks 65% & above.

Notice Period: Immediate (Preference) or Up to 30 days MAX

Mode of Interview: Face to face HR Round

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Identify prospective clients who wish to Immigrate Canada, Australia, and Quebec.
  2. Efficient phone etiquette and Email etiquette.
  3. Provide information, guidance, and support to clients regarding immigration process.

  5. Register and retain prospective clients for the organization.
  6. Provide continuous support to clients until the commencement of case processing.
  7. Ability to work under target pressure.
  8. Good learning and presentation skills.

  11. Minimum 1 - 2 years of similar experience in the field of Immigration Industry is an added advantage/Any kindly service or Insurance sales also can apply.

Qualification: Marks 70% & Above

Notice Period: Immediate (Preference) or Up to 30 days MAX

Mode of Interview: Face to face HR Round

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
  2. To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
  3. Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
  4. Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
  5. Be a productive and effective member of office team and support OM through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.
  6. Follow up on daily basis, any type of leads assigned to them. Maintain remarks in CRM.
  7. Conducting small group seminar with students.
  8. Maintaining case records in files of individual students including referral forms, observation report, and interactions with students
  9. Submitting the required reports and case updates and all the documentation available to the Head of the Department.
  10. Helping students with the application process for different schools and universities abroad Canada, US, UK, etc. Research on universities, application deadlines, application requisites. Preparing student profiles, coordinating with essay writers for SOPs

  13. Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the Immigration & Overseas Education industry.
